SIG Housing Trust vision is to be the leading provider of housing for people who have inequality of access of a place to call home.

We want to create high quality social housing solutions that truly meet the aspirations of those who have lacked equity of access. These will be safe and secure homes where people feel they belong and from which they can thrive.

  • Increasing the supply of high quality affordable rented housing to be utilised by our Group partners for the provision of supported housing services
  • Putting residents at the forefront of what we do and offering a genuine platform for decision making
  • Being a trusted landlord and providing excellent quality, services, and sustainability solutions
